All Inclusive Package

Hotel Grand Victoria is proud to offer one of the best all inclusive programs in the resort. Our guests can experience a great variety of specialties coming from different cuisines as well as carefully selected beverages. The Vienna cafe offering amazing sweet temptations is a must visit place.


Breakfast: Buffet style, in Victoria restaurant from 7.30 to 10.30 h

Lunch: Buffet style, in Victoria restaurant from 12.30 to 15.00 h

Dinner: Buffet style, in Victoria restaurant from 18.00 to 21.00 h

·Lunch and dinner could be organized in two sittings in case of high occupancy.

Snacks are served every day from 11.00 to 17.00 h at the Snack Bar. You can enjoy at self-service variety of sandwiches, baguettes, French fries etc.

10.30 – 23.00 h every day at Pool bar, Vienna café at self-service.

12.30 – 21.00 h every day in Victoria restaurant at self-service during the main meals.

Pool bar

10.30 – 23.00 o’clock: Drinks from an allclusive menu.

Vienna café

10.30 - 23.00 o’clock: Desserts, cakes, pastries and drinks from an all inclusive menu.

·The non-alcoholic drink menu includes draught soft drinks, mineral (still and sparkling) water and soda, non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails, coffee and tea.

·The alcoholic drink menu includes draught beer, Bulgarian alcoholic drinks, cocktails with Bulgarian alcoholic drinks and draught wine.

·All drinks are available every day between 10.30 and 23.00 h.

Maximum of one drink per person per order is served. You will be served by a waiter or a bartender.

Notes:

·All food and drinks are to be consumed within the restaurants and bars and not to be taken to the guest rooms or at the beach.

·We offer special food and drinks for people suffering from diabetes or allergies. Please inform at Reception or our F&B Manager and we will organize special service for you.

·Please do not wear short trousers, swimming costumes and flip-flops during the meals. Do not enter in swimming suits or barefoot – in case someone breaks a glass or a plate you might hurt yourself. The Grand Victoria **** hotel staff does not bear any responsibility in such cases.

·It is strictly prohibited to enter the hotel wet, barefoot, in swimming costumes and with sandy air-mattresses.

·For better comfort for the guests using the pool, Pool bar or Vienna café at their disposal there are outdoor toilets just right next to the Vienna café.

·Room cleaning is daily.

·Linen change is twice per week; more often – against extra charge.

·Towel change is up to an ecologic policy.

Sport activities and equipment

·Sun-beds at pool area and towels for the pool are available between 8.00 and 18.00 h. You can get towels for a deposit.

·Billiards – against deposit. Children under 12 years of age have to be under parental control.

What is not included?

  • Mirage bar & diner and Restaurant Kristal - you will be charged up to the price list
  • All bottled imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, bottled wines and beer
  • Fresh fruit juices
  • Telephone, mini bar, laundry and ironing, massages, safety deposit box, late check-out after 12.00 o’clock noon, early check-in before 14.00 o’clock
  • Parking, sauna, fitness
  • Towels for the pool area – against deposit
  • Sun chairs, umbrellas, water sports and facilities on the beach.

Important information

  • Check-in time starts from 14.00 h. On departure day: the room is at your disposal till 12.00 o’clock noon. Please contact the reception, if you wish to extend your stay. Our staff will inform you about the possibility and extra charge. Please note: In case of late check-out the hotel is not obligated to place a room at your disposal even at extra charge. The preparation of rooms for the next guests needs time for cleaning etc., which usually must be completed till 14.00 h.
  • Before you check-out do not forget to return your key-card.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol to anyone under 18 years old according to the Bulgarian Law and to discontinue serving alcohol to anyone who has consumed excessive quantity, resulting in behavior disruptive to other guests or our staff.
  • The all inclusive facilities and services apply to guests who have booked this option. Food and drinks cannot be obtained to friends who are not on all inclusive basis.
  • Please note: on your arrival day the all inclusive package starts with dinner and it ends with lunch on the departure day. Upon additional payment you can consume snacks and drinks at the outdoor bars till 18.00 h.
  • The swimming pool of Grand Victoria is at guest’s disposal every day between 08.00 and 18.00 h. The daily maintenance and sanitation is between 06.00 and 08.00 h and between 18.00 and 20.00 h. Disinfection is between 20.00 h and 6.00 h. To keep you safe and healthy please do not use the swimming pool out of opening hours.
  • Please do not reserve sun beds at the swimming pool terrace before 08.00 h. Let’s be tolerant to each other.
  • According to the Bulgarian Law smoking in the hotel rooms, inside the restaurants and bars is forbidden. You can smoke at the outdoor terraces of the bars.

Please note: plastic bracelets and room key cards are to be worn at all times.

The hotel staff is instructed to refuse service free of charge to anyone not wearing the bracelet and the room key card although the all inclusive package is included.

If you have ordered food or a drink and you are not wearing the bracelet you will be charged according to the hotel price list. In case you are allergic and not able to wear the bracelet please when you order, show your bracelet to the waiter / bartender.

Lost or damaged bracelets or room key cards will be charged at 5 BGN each.
